Taller Marmo offers a seamless return process for all unworn and unaltered garments within 14 days of delivery. We ensure that every piece meets our high standards of craftsmanship, but if you are not satisfied, we are here to assist with your return or exchange.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain attached and intact.

Affix the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

Ship and Refund

Drop off your package at the designated courier location; once inspected at our atelier, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
